Ok, I've finally had time to look at my missions you've redone, pb. They will all open and play ingame when I try them. However, there are six missions that make the ME crash. They are listed below.
Aleutian's Gauntlet Attu Bound Kiska Bound Bungo Suido Appari Bound Maximum Effort
I'm also curious as to why you've removed all the tsr files from each mission. It has always been my understanding that they were necessary.

Nutz. Let me go look on the other computer, that I worked on, and make sure I didn't send you the wrong set. The TSR files should be in there. I did not get a crash in the ME at all on any of them - AFTER I finished with them, so you've probably got the wrong set. I'll be a while... - OH!!! do you have the Google Drive / WIP / SingleMissions / ReWorkTcdrsubron7SMfilesV2.7z package? That's the 2nd version.
btw, we definitely have to get this ships' thingie squared away. What I have is different from what you have, which is different from CapnScurvy, etc. Let me see if my little batch file reader for the metadata can pull in ~all~ the games files for "cataloguing", or at least the Campaign, Single Missions, Quick Patrol, Roster and Sea folders. That's still a lot of files.

I've pretty much stopped doing anything until Privateer and s7trikback finish their current projects. I just check in to keep abreast of things.

If you look in the actual directory - err, folder - of the Single Missions, is the TSR file for each in there? They won't show in the ME, but it does create them, based upon the mission's parameters.
Don't forget now, the world's business will come to an (approximately) three hour halt tonight, beginning at 8:08pm Eastern... There better not be any storms or hurricanes in the area.

I'm using v0.26 Beta as my base, nothing else is added ship wise. I'm absolutely positive there are no tsr files in my single mission folders. I have to go in to each folder in order to load the mission in the ME. And those six missions I mention above still crash the ME.

OK, I'm on the "work" computer, and after going through them all, since you've only got the betaV0.26 installed: - Aleutians Gauntlet has some DD that were at Type=3 but are actually Type=4, since that's what a DD is. DE are Type=3.
- Attu Bound is the same thing, changing DD Type= to 4.
- I'm not sure about Kiska Unbound. I don't remember if the Wakatke was Type=3 before, and is now Type=4... maybe. I don't have a note on having made changes to it...
- Bungo Suido, if you don't have CapnScurvy's update installed, then you'll not have the CLNaka and CATone as Type=18 and the BBKongo as Type=19, capable of launching planes. Makes for a ~very~ interesting twist to the Mission. You can't hang around at periscope depth and just "lurk"... There's two CA Tone, one CLNaka and 2 BBKongo, according to my notes.
- Appari Bound is the one I had the most difficulty with, similar to the AOTD_Mad_Max version of the SM02 Photo Recon mission, in that it took quite a bit of changing. In this particular one, part of it might be the Wakatake again, being at Type=4 instead of 3, but I'm not sure. For sure with the DDMomi, since I do have a note here about it had been listed as a DE, with a Type=3. It and the Momi II Class are old destroyers at the beginning of the war, and relegated to "2nd class" tasks, according to Wikipedia and others, but they were DD, not DE, so the change. More of the problem might be the calls for the Troop Ships. I didn't notate anything here, but when I run your MIS, and one that I made of my own, the skinning doesn't come out right on all of them, no matter which mod(s) I use. This includes anything with the Conte Verde in it, even after s7rikeback tried to fix it the other day. Hopefully, it'll work better later, but as it stands now, it does work on what my set-up is, just that the skins aren't right on either two or three of them...
- Maximum Effort is probably the BBBismark mostly, since it's got the name spelling change, and is Type=19 now for the airplanes. Also in that are two BBKongo now at Type=19 and CAMyoko and CA Takao at Type=18, all for launching planes. Again, you can't hang around at periscope depth too long...
[/ol] If I'm not mistaken, if you run the missions in the game with the "bad" Type=XX call, the ship just doesn't show-up. Seems to me though that you'll also CTD if you use the Recognition Manual, but I never have documented that fershur fersertin. In other words, installing CapnScurvy's add-on to the v0.26 beta will get you the Type=XX changes, and installing what s7rikeback did recently will get you the DD Type=3 to DD Type=4 changes, but also they both will add other troubles in to the mix. I've got the Beta, then CapnScurvy's Beta26 Add-on, then s7rikeback's "Trash", "DDS Inject", "Ship Values", "Corrections", the "NACA4" (which matters little), and the newer "SubTender", which has something else in it (??). Once files get linked properly throughout it all, that'll be close to the base mod - maybe :lol: Of course, there are other changes forthcoming.[/ul]

I could be mistaken but isn't CapnScurvy's latest work added into 0.26 Beta? Like Privateer and recently CapnScurvy said there are too many different versions being used, I'll worry about sorting things out when we get to 0.3 Beta.
