OK, s7rikeback, in your Ship_Values download, where it looks like you may have made a change to the BBNewJersey.cfg file on the 2nd of October, and you've included a new Names.cfg file, you dropped the "Class" word off of some of the ships' names. I don't know if that's significant, other than on-screen display.
The issue that does need "fixing" is in the Data / Sea / NCA_Mogami.cfg file though, where you've got UnitType=18, that should be =7 for the "plain" Mogami, such that:
Data / Sea / NCA_Mogami / NCA_Mogami.cfg
